Can I?

This is factual information only — not tailored to your personal situation — but it's a great way to understand your options before deciding whether to proceed to Personal Advice.

  • $300 for 1 hour incl. GST

  • Ask any super / retirement question

  • Discuss pros and cons of strategies

  • No obligation to proceed

Personal Advice

Should I?

A written recommendation on what you should do to achieve your desired retirement outcome. Personal Advice requires two meetings and a Statement of Advice.

After the advice is presented, you decide whether to proceed in full, make changes, or take the document away and think it over. There is no obligation to go ahead.

  • Meeting 1: collect information and agree on scope

  • Research, calculations and Statement of Advice

  • Meeting 2: present recommendations and answer questions

  • You choose how — or whether — to proceed

FAQ

Questions about our services

How do I book?

Use the contact form, call us, or click 'Book now' on any service. We'll confirm a time that suits you.

What should I prepare?

For General Advice, just your questions. For Personal Advice, we'll send a short list of documents after the first meeting.

How long does it take?

General Advice is one hour. Personal Advice typically takes 2–3 weeks from the first meeting to the final Statement of Advice.

Do I have to proceed with your advice?

No. You can take the advice away, ask questions, change the scope, or decide not to proceed.

What if I have more questions later?

You can book another one-off advice session whenever you need help. There is no ongoing arrangement.

Are you independent?

Yes. We are not aligned with any super fund and do not receive commissions. Fees are the only source of income.
